Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group in Tennessee seeks a Mold Maintenance Technician to keep molds in optimal condition, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. You will inspect, clean, and repair molds used in boat component production while following safety procedures.

This role supports production schedules, operates forklifts, and records inspections and repairs. Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience in mold maintenance or related mechanical work,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mold maintenance or related mechanical work.
• Working knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot mold defects.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Ability to stand, lift, and work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot molds used in boat component production.
• Perform routine inspections of molds for wear, damage, or issues.
• Clean molds and apply preventive maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Diagnose mold-related issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure molds meet quality standards and are ready for use.
• Support production schedules by addressing mold maintenance needs quickly.
• Document inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Follow safety procedures while handling molds and materials.
• Safely operate forklifts and related vehicles for handling molds and components.
