About the Role:

GreenWorks Inspections and Engineering is seeking a licensed Mold Assessment Technician (MAT) to conduct mold assessments, collect samples, and document findings for residential and commercial properties. This is a remote role with fieldwork required across Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mold inspections and assessments at client locations
• Collect and submit air and surface samples for lab analysis
• Document findings and prepare detailed reports
• Communicate results and recommendations to clients
• Ensure compliance with Texas mold assessment regulations

Requirements:

• Active Texas MAT license
• Experience in mold assessments preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules efficiently
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed
