Job summary

Frontier Dermatology seeks a Mohs Lab Supervisor to oversee operations across Washington Mohs clinics, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and efficient workflows. You will lead staff development, onboarding, and scheduling, while coordinating multi-site lab activities and policy adherence.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance improvement, and collaboration with the Mohs Lab Manager to maintain high-quality patient care and operational excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a laboratory science field.
• Minimum two years of laboratory experience in high-complexity testing.
• Experience in Mohs laboratory operations, histotechnology, or related lab setting.
• CLIA regulations familiarity and quality standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of Mohs laboratory personnel.
• Train, mentor, and support Mohs technicians and staff, including competency assessments.
• Provide coaching and development to promote performance and growth.
• Promote staff engagement and a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and PTO coverage across Washington clinics.
