Qualifications

• Minimum two years of laboratory experience in high-complexity testing.
• Demonstrated Mohs laboratory operations experience.
• Experience training and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of Mohs laboratory personnel.
• Train, mentor, and support Mohs technicians and laboratory staff, including competency assessments.
• Provide coaching and development to promote performance and professional growth.
• Promote staff engagement and a positive work environment.
• Assist with staffing and scheduling across Washington clinics.
• Support routine site visits to assess operations and address challenges.
• Assist with new workflows, procedures and project initiatives.
