Job summary

Experience with Avantik or Leica cryostats is valued, as is accuracy in manual and automated staining and slide labeling. Per diem shifts occur 1–4 times monthly, offering flexible scheduling and steady patient throughput.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with manual (hand) staining and automated staining techniques.
• Familiarity with slide labeling, label makers and labeling slides.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high patient volume.

Job Description:

• Some surgeons may see up to 17–18 patients per day, while others typically see 12–15 patients per day.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency and comfort with both manual (hand) staining and automated staining techniques.
• Familiarity with slide labeling, including the use of label makers and applying labels directly to slides.
