Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services (ATS) seeks an experienced Measure of Effectiveness (MOE) Officer to support program evaluation activities for a U.S. government client.

The MOE Officer will lead data collection and analysis to produce performance insights and recommendations, applying all-source analysis to improve mission-support activities. Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Experience in all-source intelligence analysis and briefing.
• Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years consulting experience in IC.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with teammates and clients on evaluation tasks and improvements.
• Lead data collection and analysis to produce performance insights.
• Prepare visual presentations of data and analysis for leadership.
• Prepare reports and briefings on research plans, findings, and recommendations.
• Brief senior customers on plans, findings, and recommendations.
• Support implementation of customer-approved recommendations.
