Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services (ATS) is seeking an experienced Measure of Effectiveness (MOE) Officer to lead data collection and analysis for government programs. The role focuses on producing performance insights, guiding recommendations, and communicating findings to senior leadership.

Ideal candidates will have a TS/SCI clearance with poly, a Bachelor's degree, and 5-7 years in Intelligence Community consulting, with strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of experience in a consulting role in the Intelligence Community.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral presentation and briefing skills.
• Familiarity with the customer's report writing standards.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to manage status reporting, scheduling, and project communications through to completion.
• High degree of personal integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing concurrent tasks and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Consult with teammates and clients on development, prioritization, and implementation of process improvement and program evaluation tasks.
• Lead data collection and analysis activities to produce performance insights and recommendations.
• Prepare visual presentations of data and analysis.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership covering research plans, activities, findings, and recommendations.
• Brief senior-level customers on research plans, activities, findings, and recommendations.
• Support implementation of recommendations adopted by the customer.
