Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly, active and current.
• Bachelor's degree in a discipline with an emphasis on data analysis.
• 10 years of experience contributing to analysis activities or in targeting/analysis in support of Sponsor.
• 4 years of experience managing analytic teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee a team of MOE Analysts delivering data-driven assessments of strategic communications operations.
• Ensure analytical independence, manage deliverable production, and conduct strategic evaluations to inform Sponsor resource decisions.
• Lead MOE Assessment Briefs, Quarterly MOE Input, and ad-hoc MOE Assessments as directed.
• Evaluate case portfolios to identify data gaps and improve collection capabilities.
• Engage daily with Sponsor components to maintain situational awareness and provide MOE input during design stages.
