A junior MOE Analyst will support data-driven assessments of strategic communications operations by leveraging multi-source data under the direction of senior analysts in a fast-paced, operationally sensitive environment. The role requires a background in data analysis, familiarity with analytics tools, and the ability to work as part of a team to produce MOE briefs and deliverables that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline with an emphasis on data analysis.
• Two (2) years of experience contributing to analysis activities; i.e., marketing analytics, public opinion research, behavioral analytics, data visualization, and/or data driven reporting
• OR Two (2) years of experience with targeting or analysis efforts in support of the Sponsor
• TS/SCI with Poly required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the application of scientific methodology for data collection, structuring, and analysis of multi-source data to produce evidence-based assessments of operational effectiveness
• Contributing to the production of MOE Assessment Briefs, Quarterly MOE Input, and other MOE deliverables under the direction of senior analysts
• Accessing and synthesizing data from multiple source types
• Maintaining daily communication with Sponsor operational components to sustain situational awareness and providing MOE Operational Input during initial design stages
• Assisting in the identification of data collection gaps and supporting the application of data-driven metrics to operational assessments

Education

Bachelor's degree in a discipline with an emphasis on data analysis

Two years of experience with targeting or analysis efforts in support of the Sponsor
