Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Measure of Effectiveness (MOE) Analyst Team Lead to guide a distributed team in producing qualitative research and program evaluation for a key USG customer. The role involves leading research design, data collection, and analysis to provide actionable recommendations.

The candidate will present findings to senior leadership, brief stakeholders, and develop operational proposals while collaborating with MOE professionals to optimize project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis on data analysis.
• 7 years of experience contributing to analysis activities (marketing analytics, public opinion research, data visualization).
• 4 years of experience managing analytic teams.
• Master's degree in related field preferred, with emphasis on quantitative methodology.
• 2 years of experience managing analysis projects under customer direction.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytic teams across dispersed locations.
• Design and implement multi-faceted research designs and evaluation plans.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership based on findings and recommendations.
• Brief senior-level customers on research plans, status, findings, and recommendations.
• Generate operational proposals based on findings and recommendations.
