Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a MOE Analyst Team Lead to guide a distributed team delivering qualitative research and program evaluation for a key USG customer. You will shape research designs, oversee data collection and analysis, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.

The role requires clear communication and strategic recommendations to improve mission delivery. Qualified candidates have a strong background in data analysis, multiple years of team leadership, and experience with market

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in discipline with emphasis on data analysis.
Seven (7) years of experience contributing to analysis activities or seven (7) years of experience with targeting or analysis efforts.
Four (4) years of experience managing analytic teams.
Master's degree in political science, data science, or related quantitative methodology ( Desired ).
Two (2) years of experience managing analysis projects under client direction ( Desired ).
Knowledge of communications analytics tools: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools ( Desired ).

Responsibilities

Lead analytic teams across dispersed locations.
Design multi-faceted research designs and communication plans.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to deliver insights.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Brief senior-level customers on research plans, status, findings, and recommendations.
Generate operational proposals based on findings and recommendations.
