Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp, headquartered in Houston, TX, seeks a Manager of Module Product Management to align EPC needs with module product priorities, driving development through commercialization. You will work with Strategy, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure competitive, cost-effective module solutions for utility-scale projects.

The role requires deep PV module knowledge, strong business sense, and the ability to coordinate across U.S. and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or another relevant technical discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, development, or related functions.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives through commercialization.
• Strong technical understanding of PV modules and solar energy systems.
• Ability to translate technical developments into business impact.
• Experience across engineering/R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and/or project execution.
• Strong analytical and project-management skills, including business cases and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical teams and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface for module product and technology initiatives affecting the EPC business.
• Translate EPC needs into module product requirements and development priorities.
• Lead technology and cost-reduction initiatives from business-case to deployment.
• Coordinate with Strategy Office, Module R&D, Manufacturing, SCM, Sales and project teams.
• Evaluate new module technologies for cost, performance, and risk.
• Drive module integration strategies to optimize EPC system cost and performance.
• Review development plans, prototypes, and manufacturing readiness for deployment.
• Develop deployment plans and business cases for technology initiatives.
