Leading electronic testing company in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support 2 (Swing) to process precision-machined components through hand operations including heat treat, cleaning, sorting and deburring.

You will perform visual inspections under a microscope, handle high-volume parts with precision gauges and MES, and work with Excel for quality tracking. Shift is swing: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM; onsite, 40 hours/week on a 24-month assignment.

Formación

• Experience with microscopic inspection and high-volume parts handling.
• Familiar with precision pin, thread and ring gaging.
• Ability to interpret GD&T and specifications.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MES tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support hand operations: heat treat, cleaning, sorting and deburring of precision parts.
• Perform visual inspections under a microscope and handle high-volume parts with gauges and tools.
