Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Modular Solutions in a dynamic, entrepreneurial team environment. You will develop a strategic sales plan, grow the assigned territory, and manage a pipeline of modular projects from concept to close.

You will collaborate with design, estimating, engineering and project management teams to deliver compelling proposals and ensure client satisfaction through all project phases.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years sales in commercial construction, modular buildings or related industries.
• Proven success in long sales cycles and high-value projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction concepts, building codes and design/build processes.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of architectural plans, specs and estimating.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share.
• Identify opportunities for modular projects in commercial buildings and facilities.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and long-term opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, estimating, engineering, and project management teams.
