Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for modular solutions to grow a high-demand territory. You will leverage your sales background to build a profitable portfolio and expand the company’s presence.

You will develop territory plans, engage clients and partners, and collaborate with design, estimating, and project management teams to deliver proposals and win complex, high-value projects. A strong communicator with CRM and MS Office skills is a must.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of sales experience in commercial construction or modular buildings.
• Proven success managing long sales cycles and high-value projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and design/build processes.
• Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share in the territory.
• Identify opportunities for larger modular projects and cross-sell services.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and projects.
• Collaborate with design, estimating, engineering, and project management teams.
• Lead negotiations to secure project awards while ensuring profitability.
