Job summary

The role requires 4+ years in project management within construction, with a focus on DSA-regulated projects and strong leadership to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience managing DSA-regulated educational or institutional projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of modular construction projects from planning to delivery.
• Define goals, technical requirements, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed schedules and budgets; manage resources and risks.
• Oversee site visits, quality control, and issue resolution.
