A Day in the Life

As a Production Supervisor (Modular Construction), you will provide operational, technical, and people leadership for production teams while overseeing construction operations, inventory coordination, vendor relationships, and project execution. You will review plans, blueprints, work instructions, and other technical documents; answer questions regarding project scope and timing; monitor costs and project progress; develop schedules and estimates; and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Working closely with Operations, Sales, Service, Transportation, and other support teams, you will coordinate resources, logistics, inventory, and customer needs while driving operational excellence, employee development, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

You will supervise construction and maintenance production activities while ensuring quality, safety, code compliance, inventory accuracy, vendor performance, and team productivity. Working directly alongside production teams, you will establish priorities, coordinate resources, remove obstacles, and drive results while fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
