Job summary

Epsilon Industries is seeking a QA/QC Inspector for a fully on-site role in Tuscaloosa, AL. You will perform in-process and final inspections of fabricated and welded assemblies, ensuring compliance with AWS D1.1, ASME, drawings, and customer requirements.

The position starts with a 90-day on-site training at the Tuscaloosa facility with a $500 per week per diem, after which the role moves to the Oxford, AL facility.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, piping isometrics, weld symbols, and specs.
• Know welding processes, inspection of welds, material traceability, and testing
• Maintain electronic inspection records and NCRs (Nonconformance Reports).

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, hold-point, and final inspections.
• Inspect structural steel, piping, mechanical assemblies, and welds for compliance.
• Document inspection results and support NCRs and CAPAs.
• Support audits and continual QMS improvements.
