Job summary

Schneider Electric in Red Oak, Texas is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to support the Secure Power Modular Data Center business. This position leads daily activities for installation and integration operations of Modular Data Centers.

You will supervise a crew of cell leads, drive safety, quality, productivity, and employee development, while aligning to Schneider Production Systems and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing teams.
• Facility Management and/or critical functions within a facility (Engineering and/or Manufacturing Management).
• Schneider Electric products and Electrical Enclosure integration knowledge is a plus.
• BS degree in an Engineering discipline preferred.
• Four-year degree and/or equivalent work experience required.

• Plans and direct plant operations cell areas.
• Focuses on driving Safety, quality and productivity.
• Development of employee’s careers.
• Alignment to Schneider Production Systems (where applicable).
• Adhere to government regulations.
