Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Readiness Manager to lead deployment of new manufacturing capacity across North America for our Modular Data Center business. Reporting to the Director, NAM Industrial Deployment, this role transforms approved investments into fully operational manufacturing capability.

You will lead greenfield and brownfield expansions, ensuring facilities, equipment, systems, supply chains and readiness activities are aligned and delivered safely, on time, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification.
• Experience with EPC contractors, commissioning teams, and industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of manufacturing capacity planning, supply chain risk mitigation, and factory ramp-up strategies.
• Experience in data centers, electrical equipment, industrial products, or advanced manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment programs from design through facility launch and production ramp-up.
• Develop and execute integrated deployment plans across construction, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and operations.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and key milestones.
• Drive launch readiness reviews and ensure successful site go-live execution.
• Establish and maintain governance, change management, and performance tracking processes.
