Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Readiness Manager to lead deployment of new manufacturing capacity across North America in support of our Modular Data Center business. You will transform approved investments into fully operational manufacturing capability, including facilities, equipment, and supply chains.

The role leads end-to-end deployment from design through production ramp-up, coordinating across construction, engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure on-time,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• Experience with EPC contractors, commissioning teams, and industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of manufacturing capacity planning and factory ramp-up strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment programs from design through facility launch and production ramp-up.
• Develop and execute integrated deployment plans across construction, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and operations.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and key milestones.
• Drive launch readiness reviews and ensure successful site go-live execution.
• Establish and maintain governance, change management, and performance tracking processes.
