Job summary

WillScot is seeking a skilled Service Technician in Indianapolis, IN to inspect modular buildings and perform repairs across framing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and more. Safety and quality are paramount, with adherence to company policies and on-site teamwork.

You will lead preventive maintenance, perform vehicle-related tasks, and coordinate with customers to explain repairs, ensuring readiness for scheduled deliveries and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Carpentry knowledge and experience required.
• Basic computer skills and good communication are essential.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair modular buildings, including framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work.
• Perform check-in/out inspections and document repair scope for invoicing.
• Maintain inventory of tools and parts and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Provide courteous customer service and explain repairs to customers.
• Ensure trailers are ready by delivery dates with quality standards.
• Complete paperwork for deliveries, pickups, and service calls.
