Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, renovation, repairs, or building modifications.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience in a construction, production, or related environment.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, work orders, floor plans, and construction documents.
• Experience implementing LEAN methodologies, process improvements, or efficiency initiatives.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality modular construction projects on time and on budget.
• Provide hands on leadership by working directly alongside production teams to establish priorities, assign work, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure production operates within applicable standards, regulations, and building codes.
• Deliver hands on leadership for administrative and inventory support functions that impact production operations, including inventory and project coordination, internal and external customer service, purchase orders, logistics coordination, and operational support activities.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Service, Transportation, and other support teams to coordinate resources, inventory, scheduling, logistics, customer needs, and project execution while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
