Job summary

McGrath RentCorp seeks a Team Lead to manage a crew servicing and repairing modular buildings. You will plan schedules, assign tasks to modular mechanics, and verify quality in line with company standards.

The role requires 4-6 years in construction, ability to read blueprints, lead a team of at least six, and lift up to 50 pounds. Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm, with safety training and a strong focus on 6S and OSHA practices.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in construction or related industry leading general trades.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and work orders.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide a crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 6+ employees; plan and prioritize schedules.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety; enforce 6S standards.
