McGrath RentCorp seeks a hands-on Construction Supervisor to guide modular building projects in a production environment. You will review plans, manage costs, and lead the Production Team Leads to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires 3+ years in construction management, strong knowledge of building codes, and the ability to coach teams. You will drive LEAN improvements and collaborate across departments to deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, renovation, or repairs to buildings.
• Experience managing projects and people in a production/construction environment.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
• Experience reading blueprints and doing project estimates.
• LEAN project experience and safety program development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver modular construction projects on time and on budget.
• Supervise production teams and monitor daily work requirements.
• Streamline processes, reduce costs, and implement best practices.
• Oversee multiple construction groups and ensure tasks are completed.
• Ensure code and quality compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Lead LEAN initiatives and drive safety training and performance reviews.
