Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Project Manager to lead back-end construction phases of custom modular projects. You will interact with customers, vendors, and officials to ensure profitability and quality, manage costs and resources, and supervise subcontractors to maintain safety and standards.

The role requires strong project management, estimating, and cost-tracking skills, with extensive SAP/Procure/Salesforce usage. Travel up to 50% is expected to support project execution across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated successful experience in construction management.
• Proven skills in project management, estimating, and cost tracking.
• Experience negotiating construction and subcontractor contracts.
• Proficient with SAP, Procure, and Salesforce.
• BS or AS in construction-related field preferred; willingness to travel 50%+

Responsibilities

• Interpret plans, estimates and quantities of materials; procure work plan.
• Manage planned construction budgets, procedures and schedules.
• Review bid, contract documents and change orders; ensure compliance.
• Drive cost savings and value engineering to reduce costs and increase margin.
• Coordinate project close-outs, customer hand-offs, and payments.
