Job summary

WillScot is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support pre-construction activities and develop project scopes with customers and the sales team. You will prepare estimates from RFPs, assemble technical packages, and help set budgets while coordinating with the construction services team and vendors.

This role emphasizes front-end selling, feasibility assessment, and bid support. In addition, you will handle project management after award, coordinating milestones, schedules, and budgets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering with 3 years estimating experience.
• Or a high school diploma with 5 years estimating experience; modular experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Project or other construction scheduling software.
• Proficient in MS Excel and construction management software.
• Strong customer service and sales presentation skills to assist Sales Managers in closing deals; MS Word/PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end pre-construction activities with customers and the sales team to present capabilities and develop scopes.
• Prepare estimates from RFPs, assemble technical packages, and establish project budgets.
• Coordinate with construction services team and vendors; perform take-offs and review drawings.
• Manage internal/external stakeholders from award to turnover and monitor schedule and budget.
