Job summary

WillScot in Henderson, CO is seeking a Project Manager to execute and close back-end construction phases of complex modular projects. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and local officials to maintain safety, budgets, and quality, and ensure smooth project hand-offs.

The role emphasizes strong planning, cost control, and stakeholder communication. The position requires leadership in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and use of SAP, Procore, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, estimating and cost tracking.
• Proven ability to negotiate construction and subcontractor contracts.
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office (Excel/Outlook) and project software.
• Experience with SAP, Procure and Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to delineate subcontractor scopes of work and manage budgets.
• Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Interpret plans and quantities; procure work plan components.
• Manage budgets, schedules and change orders; monitor progress.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and officials for approvals.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure safety, quality and on-time completion.
• Prepare documentation on progress, costs, and payments.
• Drive cost savings and value engineering to improve margins.
• Close projects with customer hand-off and administrative close.
