Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Modular Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate clients, consultants, manufacturers, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will lead all phases of project execution, develop schedules and forecasts, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Experience with modular, off-site, prefab construction.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project controls.
• Experience managing subcontractors and client relationships.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project execution including planning, permitting, procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation, and project closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting reports.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, manufacturers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Manage client communications and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Review contracts, track change orders, and oversee project financial performance.
• Monitor manufacturing progress and coordinate transportation and installation logistics.
• Conduct site visits and oversee quality control and safety compliance.
• Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions.
• Prepare project updates and progress reports for ownership and clients.
