BLOX is revolutionizing the construction industry with modular building solutions and advanced manufacturing principles. We seek a Program Manager to drive coordination across manufacturing, field operations, and supply chain for complex projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include managing buyout logs, invoices, POs, change orders, and cross-functional documentation; leading constraint elimination and client communications. Travel 25–50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in construction, modular construction, or project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proven ability to translate data and observations into clear recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams with accurate documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and dashboards).
• Scheduling experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; familiarity with AHJ/regulatory processes across states.
• Ability to travel 25–50% depending on project phase and assignment.

Responsibilities

• Own selected coordination workstreams end-to-end: Buyout Log maintenance, vendor invoice approvals, PO creation/issuance, and QFL execution.
• Prepare financial deliverables: Job Cost Reports, Owner Invoices, Change Orders, Subcontracts, and Scope Matrix documentation.
• Lead manufacturing and supply chain constraint elimination for assigned projects; track material status and long-lead items.
• Support Change Order and PCO log management; draft POs as directed.
• Train junior team members on program tasks, tools, and processes; contribute to process documentation.
• Participate in OAC meetings, POSR, and QFL; draft agendas and capture minutes.
• Manage onsite document control: RFIs, submittals, drawing revisions, and meeting minutes.
• Support field invoice approvals by reviewing daily reports and equipment logs for accuracy.
• Create client weekly progress reports and related client-facing communications.
