BLOX is seeking a driven DMC Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects delivering modular building solutions in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strategic thinking, proactive leadership, and collaborative problem-solving across design, manufacturing, construction and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven PM experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and interpret technical drawings.
• Collaborates with design, manufacturing and construction disciplines.
• Experience in design-build or modular construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, fast-paced projects from initiation through closeout.
• Drive safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance as a hands-on leader.
• Act as a client-focused communicator, managing relationships and expectations.
• Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Construction, and Logistics teams.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure efficient site execution.
• Manage subcontractors, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, change management and reporting.
• Support estimating with a data-driven and analytical approach.
• Develop accurate cost models, estimates and project assumptions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Lead program launches with clear schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and opportunities with a proactive mindset.
• Ensure timely and efficient project closeout.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and team members.
• Capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

We are seeking a driven, results focused DMC Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution with our Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) delivery model. This role requires a strategic thinker, proactive leader and collaborative problem solver who can manage complex projects while aligning cross functional teams to deliver high quality modular building solutions.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to manage schedules and interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including design, manufacturing and construction disciplines.
