Job summary

D2B is seeking a Construction Production Designer to generate engineered, buildable production drawings and data for modular buildings. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Design & Estimating, and Construction teams to ensure compliant outputs aligned with NCC and ISO9001 practices.

Role requires Revit proficiency, offshore experience with Australian clients, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in Architecture, Building Design or Structural Engineering
• Revit Certification or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Revit experience (Intermediate-Advanced)
• Understanding of NCC and Australian Standards
• 2 years offshore experience with Australian clients
• Basic knowledge of building regulations and structural principles
• Familiarity with light gauge steel framing software

Responsibilities

• Produce engineered production design documentation compliant with NCC and company standards
• Provide detailed framing designs and roll-forming data for fabrication
• Model and detail baseframe steelwork and roof structures
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Design & Estimating, and Construction daily
• Coordinate with external consultants for structural inputs
• Ensure outputs meet safety, quality, governance and risk requirements
