Job summary

ROXBOX is seeking an Architectural Designer to turn ideas into precise buildable designs across all phases from concept through permitting and construction documentation. You will gain exposure to modular construction and work in an on-site fabrication setting, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and clients.

The role targets a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Architecture and strong Revit skills, offering a fast-paced environment and opportunities to grow in modular detailing across projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited program.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Strong Revit proficiency and model production capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction documents for permitting and construction.
• Model and detail projects in Revit and maintain accurate models.
• Revise plans and coordinate sheets affected by changes.
• Support design development from concept through construction administration.
• Coordinate with on-site production team and incorporate feedback.
• Assist with permit submittals and respond to plan review comments.
• Manage workload and meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, fabrication personnel, and clients.
