Whitley East is seeking a CAD Drafter to generate complete and accurate files from written specs for submission to customers, state agencies, and production. You will draft working drawings and details, and update structural standards to support bid and production efforts.

The role requires 3+ years of drafting experience, preferably in modular manufacturing, with strong attention to detail and good communication with engineers and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Three (3) plus years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in modular manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of ICC Building codes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft project drawings including working drawings for sign-off, state agencies, and production.
• Address and incorporate redlines from plan review and revise prints.
• Submit plans to Project Coordinator; revise per customer redlines; cloud modifications as needed.
• Process prints with corrections for final release; save CAD file of final release.
• Respond to questions from sales, purchasing and production; coordinate internally.
