Job summary

WillScot in Minnesota is seeking a Service Technician to inspect and repair our fleet of modular buildings. Responsibilities include framing, finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and running gear with a strong eye for safety and quality.

You will perform check-in/out inspections, provide courteous service, and ensure on-time deliveries. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, carpentry knowledge, and a valid

Qualifications

• Must have carpentry knowledge and experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is a plus.
• Some knowledge of computers is necessary; good communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair modular buildings, including framing, finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and running gear.
• Check-in/out inspections and invoicing-related assessments; create floor plans as needed.
• Perform modifications as requested by customers; maintain inventory of tools and parts.
• Explain repairs to customers and ensure trailers are ready for scheduled deliveries.
• Perform HVAC checks per company guidelines and complete appropriate paperwork.
