Job summary

WillScot is North America’s leading provider of portable space solutions. Our Service Technicians inspect buildings, perform repairs from framing to electrical, and ensure readiness of our fleet of modular buildings with a sharp eye for quality and safety.

You will handle inspections, on-site servicing, and coordination with customers, while maintaining safe work areas, driving a company vehicle, and using basic computer skills to document work and track parts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills when dealing with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Carpentry knowledge and experience are required.
• Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is a plus.
• A current valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair modular buildings, including framing, carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear.
• Perform check-in/out inspections and document repair scope for invoicing; create floor plan drawings as needed.
• Perform customer-requested modifications and maintain inventory levels of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Provide courteous customer service and explain repairs and services.
• Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled deliveries at stated quality levels.
