Job summary

M.C. Dean's Modular Mission Critical site near Richmond, VA is hiring assemblers for large-scale modular industrial systems. You will assemble modules, install supports, route cables, and follow drawings and work instructions to meet safety and quality standards.

Success requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings. You’ll work independently and in teams, with opportunities for continuous improvement and advancement in a growing manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in industrial assembly, manufacturing, construction, or mechanical trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble large-scale industrial modules, components, and subassemblies according to specifications and work instructions.
• Install and align structural supports, including beams, cable trays, ladders, conduits, racks and cabinets.
• Route, connect, and secure heavy-gauge cables and lighting systems.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment to complete tasks.
• Inspect assemblies, package finished products, and move materials as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
