Modular Mission Critical at M.C. Dean is seeking an Assembler to manufacture large-scale modular industrial systems by assembling products, components, and subassemblies per specifications. You will read technical drawings, use hand and power tools, and work safely in a team environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting assemblies, packaging finished products, and moving materials as needed. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow technical drawings.
• Experience in industrial assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble large-scale modular systems per specifications and work instructions.
• Inspect assemblies, package finished products, and prepare for shipment.
• Move materials and maintain organized, safe work areas following 5S principles.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
