Modular Mission Critical, the manufacturing campus for M.C. Dean's modular datacenter products, is hiring a Manufacturing Assembler to support assembly, inspection, packaging, and movement of materials. You’ll work with a team to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will follow work instructions, operate hand and power tools safely, and help maintain production records. A high school diploma or GED and reliable attendance are required, with overtime possible

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, or subassemblies according to work instructions, specifications, and production schedules.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
• Follow SOPs, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and workstation organization.
• Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
