Job summary

Modular Mission Critical is expanding its production campus near Richmond, VA. The Assembler 2 role builds on foundational skills to perform routine assembly, wiring and mechanical tasks, following drawings and instructions, with growing independence.

You will support high-quality hardware production, train others, and collaborate with teammates in a manufacturing setting that may require overtime or shift work. A HS diploma and 2+ years' assembly experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2+ years of assembly or relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Proficiency with standard hand tools and basic wiring tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on routine assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly using hand and power tools under moderate supervision.
• Complete basic wiring tasks, including cable routing and simple terminations.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, wire lists, and other documentation to complete tasks.
• Identify and communicate issues, defects, or inconsistencies in components or documentation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure assemblies meet production and quality requirements.
