MC Dean, Inc.'s Modular Mission Critical campus in VA is hiring Manufacturing Assemblers. The role supports production through assembly, inspection, packaging, and movement of products. You will work with teams to meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, basic math skills, and the ability to read and follow instructions. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; strong reliability and teamwork are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, or subassemblies according to work instructions and schedules.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, machinery safely and effectively.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality compliance.
• Identify and report defects or process concerns to supervisors.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs as required.
• Follow manufacturing processes and safety guidelines.
• Assist with material handling and workstation organization.
• Participate in lean initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet objectives.
