Job summary

The Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Modern Workplace Manager to design, build, administer, and continuously improve the Microsoft 365 modern workplace environment, focusing on SharePoint Online and governance across locations. The role supports Teams, Copilot, Viva, and related collaboration tools, with potential expansion to additional apps as the environment matures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of hands-on SharePoint Online administration and solution-building experience.
Experience with SharePoint hub sites, modern pages, site architecture, permissions, lists, libraries, metadata, content types, search, and governance.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and the broader Microsoft 365 administration ecosystem.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, agents, or other generative AI productivity tools is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Viva, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Forms, or Power BI is preferred.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical solutions with appropriate usability and governance.
Experience creating documentation and delivering training to users with varied technical comfort.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and administer SharePoint Online sites, hub sites, navigation, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, and permissions.
Help establish and maintain an enterprise SharePoint hub for consistent experience across departments and locations.
Create and maintain reusable templates, naming standards, governance controls, and lifecycle practices.
Partner with business teams to translate requirements into Microsoft 365 solutions.
Administer and support Teams, Copilot, Viva, and related services with Infrastructure and Security teams.
Develop user guides, knowledge articles, and training materials for Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, Viva, and related platforms.
Lead demonstrations, office hours, workshops, and adoption activities for diverse audiences.
Promote responsible use of AI tools with data handling, security, privacy, and governance.
Evaluate low-code/no-code solutions using SharePoint Lists, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.
Monitor service health, usage, storage, permissions, and coordinate escalations with Microsoft or partners.
Maintain technical documentation, inventories, support procedures, and change records.
Participate in testing, release planning, and change management for Microsoft 365 updates.
Ensure solutions meet accessibility, records management, information protection, retention and cybersecurity requirements.
