Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast in Bedford, NH seeks a Modern Workplace Manager to design, build, administer, and improve its Microsoft 365 modern workplace, focusing on SharePoint Online and enterprise hub development.

The role partners with business teams, maintains governance, supports Teams, Copilot, Viva, and related tools, creates user guides and training, leads adoption activities, and ensures security, accessibility, and records management across the environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on SharePoint Online administration and solution-building.
Experience with hub sites, modern pages, site architecture, permissions, lists, libraries, metadata, content types, search, and governance.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and the broader Microsoft 365 administration ecosystem.
Familiarity with Copilot and AI productivity tools is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Viva, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Forms, or Power BI is preferred.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical solutions with governance and security in mind.
Experience creating documentation and delivering training to users with varied levels of technical comfort.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and administer SharePoint Online sites and hub sites.
Establish an enterprise SharePoint hub with a consistent experience across departments and locations.
Create reusable templates, governance controls, and lifecycle practices to improve consistency and reduce duplication.
Partner with business teams to translate requirements into practical Microsoft 365 solutions.
Develop user guides, knowledge articles, and training for Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, Viva, and related platforms.
Lead demonstrations, office hours, workshops, and adoption activities for diverse audiences.
Promote responsible use of AI tools with data security and governance.
Monitor service health, usage, adoption, storage, permissions, and configuration; troubleshoot with Microsoft or partners.
Maintain technical documentation and change records.
Participate in testing and release planning for Microsoft 365 updates.
Ensure solutions follow accessibility, records management, information protection, retention, and cybersecurity requirements.
Support additional enterprise apps and digital workplace initiatives as the role evolves.
