Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a skilled Supervisor to lead Microsoft 365 Security, Identity, and Compliance initiatives. You will design Windows Hello for Business deployments with Intune and Entra Connect, configure Purview data protection, and implement Defender suites for comprehensive threat protection.

You will advise clients on security best practices, deliver workshops, and ensure compliance with CIS Benchmarks while maintaining strong service delivery and client relations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Security, Identity, and Compliance.
• Hands-on with Windows Hello for Business, Intune, and Entra Connect.
• Experience with AIP, DLP, and Insider Risk in Purview.
• Familiarity with CIS Benchmarks and secure configurations.
• Strong problem-solving and independent/work‑group collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and secure Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Design and manage Windows Hello for Business deployments using Intune and Entra Connect.
• Configure Microsoft Purview AIP, DLP, and sensitivity labels to protect data.
• Deploy Insider Risk Management, Communication Compliance, and Audit in Purview.
• Configure Defender for Office 365, Defender for Endpoint, and Defender for Cloud Apps.
• Apply CIS Benchmarks to Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Design Conditional Access policies and Zero Trust access models.
• Provide client training and guidance on security best practices.
