Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience assisting a senior level executive.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support and act as a reliable point of contact for talent and brands.
• Shadow contract negotiations and assist with finance calls.
• Prepare executive correspondence, pitches, and decks using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Photoshop.
• Maintain calendars, booking charts, and portfolio logs for talent.
• Coordinate travel and manage logistics for talent and brand partnerships.
• Assist with billing information and turn invoices over to accounting.
