Radiance Technologies is seeking a talented junior software engineer to join our Modeling and Simulation (M&S) development team in support of an AFRL mission at Eglin AFB, Florida. You will work closely with a diverse team of engineers and analysts to develop AFSIM models, scenarios, and capabilities while providing onsite support as needed.

The role emphasizes modern Agile software development practices, collaboration with customers, and rapid adaptation to a fast-paced, high-profile project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 1 year of software development experience.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop AFSIM models, scenarios, and capabilities for AFRL.
• Collaborate with customers and a diverse team of software engineers and analysts.
• Provide onsite support as needed and contribute to testing and verification using Agile practices.
