Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a talented software engineer to join our Modeling and Simulation (M&S) development team in the Dayton, OH area. The candidate will evolve an existing AF SIM framework and incorporate scenarios and models into AFSIM, performing testing and verification using modern Agile practices.

We value self-starters with at least 1 year of development experience in C++, C#, Python, or Java, and the ability to work with a diverse team on DoD and IC projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/CE/EE or related field.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.
• 1 year C++, C#, Python, or Java development experience.
• 1 year software development experience.
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Evolve an existing Modeling & Simulation framework (AFSIM) and its codebase.
• Incorporate scenarios and models into AFSIM, with testing and verification.
