Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field and 2+ years of systems engineering experience, or a Master's degree with related experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance required or in process.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance; SAP clearance eligibility.
• Scripting experience with MATLAB, Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience with simulation frameworks such as AFSIM, Suppressor, or STK.
• Experience modeling operational environments and performing mission analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in technical execution of systems analysis and simulation tasks/projects.
• Develop software/tools to model system behavior in real-time and constructive simulations.
• Develop and use advanced GUIs and visualization tools.
• Conduct trade studies via simulation to recommend alternative architectures.
• Perform operational analysis and mission effectiveness assessments.
• Create and apply TTP knowledge to support blue/red kill chains across multiple environments.
• Provide CONOPS, modeling and simulation support to leadership for program development.
• Ensure continuity between operational capabilities and system performance through the Systems Engineering V-model.
