Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a STEM field; relevant military/professional experience acceptable.
• Active US Government Secret clearance or higher with recent BI; Top Secret possible.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, C++, Java or similar software-based trade studies.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational and mission effectiveness analyses.
• Model environments and run trade studies via simulation.
• Develop and translate tactics into mission-level models (AFSIM).
• Ensure system performance meets cost and mission requirements.
• Develop real-time/system simulations and visualization tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and brief leadership on results.
