Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking engineers for advanced systems analysis and simulation tasks across multiple defense platforms. You will lead teams, develop models, and apply CONOPS and mission analysis to support program development and research initiatives.

The role requires active US Government clearance (Secret or higher) and proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C++, Java, plus familiarity with AFSIM/STK. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in a STEM field plus related experience in systems engineering
• Experience with simulation frameworks and trade studies required
• Proven scripting and software tool experience (MATLAB/Python/C++/Java) required

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in technical execution, systems analysis and simulation.
• Develop software and analytical tools to model real-time system behavior.
• Perform mission effectiveness analyses and tool-based trade studies.
• Create knowledge of CONOPS and blue/red kill chains across platforms.
